Manitoba Hydro is committed to being a leader in strengthening working relationships with Aboriginal peoples. We are committed to resolving and managing ongoing obligations arising from our projects.

Today:

• 4 of 5 Northern Flood Agreement First Nations have settled. NFA implementation continues with the fifth community
• 22 other communities have agreements or agreements in principle
• $616 million has been allocated to mitigate and compensate for impacts of all projects ( to March 31, 2007)
